As a product designer, my journey with B2B Soft was driven by the desire to transform the telecom retail landscape through design innovation. B2B Soft, a major player in the industry, already had a stellar reputation, but I recognized the untapped potential in their digital presence. I saw an opportunity to leverage design to propel them further into the spotlight.

Project Overview

My mission was clear from a design perspective: to reimagine their online presence and contribute to a comprehensive marketing strategy. B2B Soft offered a diverse range of products, including Direct and Indirect Retail solutions and Autonomous Retail tools. From cutting-edge POS systems to inventory management modules and analytical reporting, they provided it all. Additionally, their user-friendly self-service hardware, such as kiosks, vending machines, and locker stations, aimed to empower carriers by enhancing planning, reducing costs, and enabling global sales.

Features & Enhancements

Dynamic Sliding Blocks:

To captivate visitors right from the homepage, I introduced visually engaging sliding blocks. These not only showcased key information but also exuded the industry prominence that B2B Soft commanded.

Mobile-Friendly Design:

Recognizing the rising importance of mobile devices, I prioritized a stunning mobile-responsive design. It was crucial to ensure that the website remained accessible and user-friendly, regardless of the device.

Bot-Protected Forms:

I focused on designing user-friendly, memorable forms with robust spam protection. My aim was to deliver a secure and seamless user experience while safeguarding against spam disruptions.

Informative Blog:

I crafted a simple yet visually appealing blog section. It became a valuable resource for providing insights and updates, engaging and informing visitors through thoughtful design.

Optimized User Experience:

Comfort and speed were at the core of my design strategy. I diligently worked to create a website that offered a comfortable and swift user experience, prioritizing performance and responsiveness in design.
